Frequent Questions and Answers

Put the wireless HDMI transmitter, and the wireless HDMI receiver close together to see if they connect properly, and check whether all settings are set correctly.

  • Ensure the power of the wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver is properly connected. Make sure all HDMI cables are plugged into the correct devices. If they aren’t, then replace them.
  • Make sure that the HDMI source is switched on and the right HDMI input is selected on the TV.
  • Make sure that the HDMI source has the right resolution. If necessary, check the user manual of your HDTV source.
  • Unplug the power adapter cords from the wall socket and plug them back into the transmitter and receiver again.

If the transmitter and the receiver still don’t connect, follow these steps for pairing.

  • Turn on the transmitter.
  • Turn on the receiver until it shows up on the main screen.
  • Hold the receiver’s RESET button for five seconds until the LED flashes rapidly.
  • Wait for 60 seconds for pairing.
